Self-esteem experts got it wrong!
Self-esteem, over the past few years, has been cro wned by experts as the most fundamental psychological tenet of being human. The experts also told us that children needed constant validation, rewards, etc. to have healthy self-esteem. What if we got it wrong? We all know that feeling when we are in groups and we feel we don't belong i.e. we don't have the right clothes or vocabulary. What if the feeling is just your body telling you what areas you are lacking and how improvements can be made internally? Confidence and esteem are gained by doing i. e. actions that are directed towards a specific purpose, goal, or achievement. This takes time to build but recognizing those feelings and taking direct actions will go a long way over what experts have recommended for years.
Creator Mode!!!
Paul Graham's founder mode article has been going around the webs and it's been getting a lot of comments and hilarious memes. This made me come up with something called Creative Mode. Creative mode is when we try to change our daily processes for daily productivity. It could be adapting to new tools(AI) or mental models. The goal is not just to increase productivity but to find unique ways to improve and thrive in our daily work and lives. Creative mode is for everybody i.e. not just creatives. It is for everyone to show the world or their community what can be done when we actually let our thinking and creativity shine and bloom
