The Effort Paradox.
Ever wondered how you can spend 30 hrs trying to figure something out and someone completes the task in 30 mins? It feels magical but not really. This is called the effort paradox i.e. if you want to make something or an action feel effortless, you have to use all your effort to practice that skill or action every day. This means continuously applying effort to your basic skills, pro skills, etc. This feels painful and laborious but if you want to become the guy who solves problems in 30 mins. This is the only legal way I know of. Of course, you can spread out your learning so you won't get burnt out. Maintaining high energy levels is very key.
You Have To Be Spacing Out.
Spacing out is getting out of your own head. We have a tendency to get too focused on an idea or concept that it blinds us to the possibilities and interactions with other concepts. Spacing out is basically getting out of your head. Imagine yourself outside of yourself. This involves looking at yourself on Earth with a satellite view. This makes you feel like a speck of dirt on the outside world but it helps in giving you a different perspective. It could be when you are performing a deliberate action. This makes you think about who this action affects, whether are there any other stakeholders or concepts that interfere with this decision, etc. This method should only be used for deliberate actions though, some things require a direct approach.
